Your question is very vague. Does the website ship from the USA? What is the location of the company you want it shipped to? Why do you need to go through an intermediary (i.e., "a company"?) Can't you just have it shipped directly from the 'website' to you? Off-hand, there shouldn't be a legal problem either way, but the logistics involved with the third party shipper may be difficult...depending on your particular situation.
It sounds like you may be trying to avoid paying UK customs duty. If so, your plan probably won't work, unless your mentioned "company" has a special import arrangement with the UK. And, if that's the case, why don't you ask the "company" if you can do it?

Hi Ryan,
I'm not sure what it is you're wanting to buy, or from what website... but if the website doesn't sell goods or ship outside the USA, we can help. We shop USA and ship from USA for you.
If you need help with something, just let us know, and we'll be glad to assist.
Sincerely,
Steve
