What are you having for Easter dinner?

I'm having homemade red beans and rice, blueberry cobbler, cornbread, and fresh lemonade :)

    Are you eating that bean and rice plain? Do you use a recipe? I would love to know what you put in it. Personally, I'm having a good fondue with beef, chicken and veggies. Then I'll be having a sweet homemade cheesecake for dessert. No chocolate Easter eggs for me!
