How can I stop obsessing over healthy eating?
I was on a diet for about a year and a half, and after monitoring my health with a close eye for that long, I am even more controlling about my diet now than I was when I was losing weight, and until a couple of weeks ago, I was visibly losing weight because of it.
I know what foods are good for me and calorie content in most foods, but I keep altering and researching my diet, trying to achieve a perfect meal plan.
How can I find a simple way to eat healthily without deep thought before each meal, and begin to enjoy other aspects of life more with my worries aside?

I help people lose weight. I teach them that healthy eating should be thought of a lifestyle, and not a diet. A diet has a beginning and an end. A lifestyle or program is something that can be done indefinitely. Celebrate your successes with non-food rewards, be flexible, and allow yourself some freedom. There are two main reasons why people give up on weight loss- because they are hungry, and/or they feel deprived. Also, while calories are important, whats more important is what makes up the food- the nutrients. I hope that this helps.
