GET RID OF TUMMY FAT..?

Ive been trying to lose my belly fat for centuries...how do I get rid of it???

    Try abs Pilates, crunches, biking, running, and abs workout videos and apps. Warning: crunches can be damaging to your back. Also, when you sit in chairs, sit up straight so your core is drawn tight, and when you walk, be on your best posture. It all helps in the long run. Best of luck :)
