i think someone sold my textbook, can i track?
Hi, i feel like my Techinical reporting textbook got stolen and could have sold it. Is it possible to track it? Books has any special trackable number? isbn not gonna work .. thank you

Nope there are no tracking device on a textbook. Unless you have some wrote your name or have some sort of special marking on it, all textbook are the same.
Sadly i would have to say it is gone forever, unless you can catch the guy who stole your book

It's not likely that you can track it. The University I went to had problems for a while with this. Students studying in the library would leave their stuff at their desk to go to the bathroom and when they came back their text books would be gone. All that could be done was give students a warning but there was no way to track the text books. The people that stole them probably tried getting money for them in book buy back.
