Why wont my Cub cadet riding mower start?

I have a 54" Cub Cadet riding mower that will not start. The lawn mower has no power at all. I have replaced the battery before in it and that solved the problem last time. I bought another battery recently for it, installed it, and the mower sill has no power. Anyone know what the next step would be? Hopefully its a easy fix.

Have the mower serviced by a professional. They can change oil, filters, and sharpen blades, and service the Carb.

I am not agree with Papaw answer...! You are here to assist folks with answers not to tell them to go and spend money with the money hungry techs....! Look for a 25 amps fuse located on the hot wire to the battery usually behind the seat. Other tips to look are deck and steering sensors out of adjustment and not making contact. Cub Cadet must have also a sensor on the manual brake handle. Also have a safety switch under the seat. I hope these tips will do for you, otherwise you must take that lawn mower to one of those money hungry lawn equipment techs like Papaw said...! Good luck....!

Check the connection of the battery wire at the starter first. If it isn't tight on the starter lug you won't start. Same at the battery itself. Do the headlights work? If so when you hit the key do the headlights dim out? If they do your new battery is defective. Check the wires at the ignition switch next to make sure they are all pushed tight. The last thing to check is the safety under the seat, it could be that the wiring harness could have come loose on that. The last thing you can do yourself is get a 12 volt test light and follow the path of electricity from the battery through the ignition switch and to the starter to hopefully see where it stops which will signal your problem area. Next step will be the repair shop.

Blue wire push on wire has no power to it. tried direct power but no luck.

Do what eddie and smokey da bear said, but also the carb fix is not neccesary because this is definitively a electrical problem.

Most lawn tractors have a fuse. Make sure that the pto lever/switch is in the off position also.
