I need a better job idea, so please name some!?
I am about to begin my sophomore in college, I have been working since I was 16, always making the minimal of minimal wage. my major is Geology, and I am living in Tallahassee, is there anything that pays a little over minimal wage that people do not know about, or would not think of? I am a full time student so i can only look for a job that would work around my class schedule of Tuesday's and Thursdays. So, basically is this fantasy job I'm looking for even out there for me?

I think since you are majoring in Geology you could apply to work at science museums or even at the zoo. Places where you can utilize your knowledge and experience are good.
Also working in offices or at banks pay a little above the minimum wage.
(If you don't mind my asking where you do you work and how did you get the job. I needa job, am a college student entering sophomore year as well and need tips. )

I'm a student, too, and work two internships online. You could try to get an online job, participate in studies, or donate plasma for extra money. I got paid to pretend I was schizophrenic the other day. Just try to be creative, and do lots of job research. Check Craigslist, sell things on Ebay or Etsy, look at your university's career website or see one of the career counselors to help you with your resume and to help you find a job.
