Diablo 2: LOD Hero Editor v1.13?

My question is about potion boxes in belts. My belt looks like a Heavy Belt, which of course led me to think it has 8 Potion Boxes, though it is named Mithril Coil. So my question is, how to change the Potion Boxes to 16, like in Plated Belts, instead of 8, like in Heavy Belts, using Hero Editor? Do i even need to change it to 16 Potion Boxes or does it has 16 potion Boxes already?

I havent tried it yet coz of the level requirement so i am not sure how many Potion Boxes it really has. I know i should try it on first before asking this question, but i think asking is faster... so please do not sue me. And do not answer my question with, "You are so dumb for using Hero Editor." "That is illegal." "I am so great to even use Hero Editor so you should follow my lead." kind of stuffs.
