Who is the better Point Guard Overall? Chis Paul or Rajon Rondo?

I think Rajon Rondo is a better PG. But Chris Paul is a much better scorer, Rajon Rondo has the attributes of a PG and he uses them on the floor well. Chris Paul is just an over good basketball player
