What are some good birthday party sleepover games and ideas?

I'm turning fourteen this month and I'm having a couple of my best friends over. We have a very limited budget, and we can't really go out and do stuff. The sleepover may or may not be one night, but we're not sure. Thanks!

You could do a glow in the dark karaoke or just glow in the dark theme. I know someone that had a glow in the dark theme. You could have light up gloves, shades or glowsticks. Have your friends come in a shirt they can get dirty and buy glow in the dark spray paint and spray their shirts. Then buy El Wire and use it to write Happy Birthday _____. Buy some light up mouth pieces these will really make things fun.

try to get a fun game like twister. since ur budget is low u can do truth or dare, dance contest, movies, karaoke, makeovers, roast marshmellows.... so much more! go on google and put stuff to do at sleepovers. so much stuff come out
