my last 5 jobs have all lasted less than 2 years, how do i make this look alright on a resume?

You don't need to list every single job you had on your resume.

Experts all agree that employers don't really care all that much about jobs you've done more than 5 years ago. Unless those job are related to the position that you are currently applying, you don't need to list them.

Use your own judgement. Put down the stuff that you interviewer wanted to see on your resume. Trim out unnecessary information

If you can fill one page w/ the 11 year job experience you can leave it out, but they might wonder what you've been doing for the 8 months, it may be worth it to mention any experience you have in short and explain the short duration as a "just until I could find something better" kind of thing. Make sure you give your 2 week notice before you leave, it looks much better to perspective employers when you give notice. Short and concise, that's the best way to go w/ a resume.

You could say that you were overqualified for those jobs, or state that you've five jobs in the past, say that you have experience, and nit tell them how long you were employed for

Only list your first three no more then that it would look bad if you put too many sorry
