i dont really have any references?

i really dont have many references. and of the few i have none are local, really only have 1 that is in the country and speaks the same language. Also when i am emailing my resumes and cover letter should i include my references.

    You should not include references when applying. The purpose of a CV or resume plus cover letter is to get you an interview. If that goes well, then they might ask for references. Do not offer references in advance to an interview.
