How much do you know about seafood?

I enjoyed taking this seafood quiz from the National Geographic site (didn't do as well as I thought I would).

    63% i do not agree with the frozen fish business as i usually catch my own i feel this based on city folks and their habits,as fresh is always best when it comes to protein ,but ithink they feel by freezing it there is not as much waste ,but if you have to catch your own you never waste

    If it has fins and scales, I will eat it. Otherwise, I give it a wide berth.
