How to configure network user accounts? I have a PC that I could use as a server. I would like to make networked user accounts like at my workplace. You can login from any computer and get to your profile. Is it called terminal services. I would not mind buying Windows Server. Does anyone know how to do it?

No. Terminal Services is what allows you to login into a server from a workstation. The network users are created and managed in a service called Active Directory. If you have Windows 2003/2008, so can installed Active Directory with a single command and create the user accounts.
