This is a very open ended question. There is no way of knowing for sure, unless you ask the specific questions to the 10 people about their weaknesses and strengths.
On a probability basis, all of them could have the same strengths and weaknesses... in what ''strength'' they have these traits may differ. But the question doesnt go into that level of detail.
