1.2V DC convert to 5V DC?

Hi I need to build a circuit to convert 1.2V DC to 5V DC. If anyone could point me towards a circuit or full sized IC chip (not a micro chip) to do this that would be wonderful.

Thank you.

Update:

To the best of my knowledge IC means integrated circuit, and by full sized I mean something I can use to build a circuit, not something I would need a robot to solder connections to the chip

umm, all ICs are microcircuits by definition. What do you mean by "full sized IC chip" ?

Take a look at the LTC3108, it will work with DC inputs as low as 50 mV.

edit, OK, your distinction is between through hole IC and surface mount IC.
