How do figure out who our e-mail provider is?

Microsoft did an "automatic" security update on our office computers and now we need a password to get into our previously un-passworded e-mail. We have no idea what that could be and no one in our office remembers who our e-mail provider is. How can we get this info?

Update:

There is no domain name in our address; just our company name.com. And I have to get in; there are invoices, EFT payments, etc. waiting to be rec'd.

    you know how an email address is something along the lines of yourname@website.com? Well your provider would be whatever is listed right after the @ and right before the ".com".
