I text this boy, who is my friend. My best friend really likes him, and always wants to know what I am texting him. It's never really that interesting. So should I just say that I haven't been texting him or something?
He is my ex and he still fancies me. I don't know if my friend knows that like.

She's just worried that you may take this boy back. If you don't plan on ever taking him back then that's what you should tell your friend. Tell her that she has nothing to worry about and that if there's anything you can do to help her get this boy for herself that you'll help her because she's your friend. You might have to start texting this boy less if he does still like you, it will help him stop liking you and make it easier for your friend to be with him.

Don't lie to her. Just tell her it doesn't concern her so she needn't worry about what you're texting.
