How to get a nice toned body quickly?

Hi,

Right so I am not fat. But I am a little overweight for my height. I am petite built. I am pretty small apart from I have a bit of a belly going on, and my arms aren't as slim as I'd like them to be. Apart from that I am pretty small.

I would really like a nice body that looks good in bikinis, and so I can wear tight clothes. That is all I ask. But I find it so hard to diet. I snack alot. I love cheese and pasta. How can I stick to a diet and exercise regime? I have never been able to. I'm currently unemployed so I need affordable options.

Gym bunnies help me please!

P.S: I'm really unfit at the moment. I brought 2 exercise dvds and nearly died from shortness of breath o.O

    I wouldn't worry too much about the exercise but it will help. You can get a toned body just by adjusting the amount you eat and cheese and pasta won't help this as they are full of carbs. Try snacking on fish, chicken, nuts etc or even better eat well balanced meals and don't snack inbetween. An affordable eating plan could be:

    Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with cottage cheese

    Lunch: A bowl of soup or a tin of oily fish such as herring or mackerel and an apple

    Dinner: Roast dinner with plenty of veg or a meat salad

    Supper: Something light such as a banana and a glass of low fat milk

    You can modify it to your own budget and likes. Drink green tea with lemon this is highly alkalising and will help with energy and boost your metabolism.

    Most people are obsessed with food and eat way way too much, this example is more than enough for anyone. Good Luck.

    Sweat run with loads of laiers on which is basically just faster than a normal walk amd dieting doesn't work for ever after a while you'll just put weight back on I eat full chickens chocolate and alsorts and I've got the body I like also a lot of crunches sit ups half sits and keep it up as long as you can! You don't need money to get a good body. :D

    You don't need to be fit to sweat run it doesn't take much energy just makes you sweat alot just don't down water after it or you'll have just put all the weight back on.
