MacBook keeps ejecting install disc 2!!!?
Im trying to restore my Mac to factory settings. I am using the Mac osx install discs. It goes through disc one fine. But when I am prompted to install disc two it ejects install disc 2 within 20 seconds of me putting it in. It's not scratched. What can I do? I also have a Mac snow leopard disc but I dont know if I can just install that instead. Would like some help!!!

Disc two is not OS X. It is iLife and a couple of other optional apps. You have three options....
-- Ignore it. This option leaves iLife apps off, so not a great choice, but the computer will work.
-- Buy an iLife DVD. Which version? Depends on your OS version.
-- Clean and recoat the DVD with that goop you buy at any large movie-music shop.
