What would be a good schedule for my 6 month old?
I really have no set schedule and I'm totally lost on solid foods. I am a first time mother and I breast feed. She usually wakes around 7 to 8 am. She doesn't eat right away. I also have been having a tough time trying to get her to sleep by herself and also nap by herself without having to nurse her to sleep, which my lactation consultant said was fine. I have to be in bed by 8 or 9 some nights because I have to be to work by 4:30am. I don't know how much solid food to give her. I have only been giving her solids in the evening, but I'm not sure that's right. I do have an appointment with her doctor next week, but I feel like I'm starving her, although I know she's fine. I'm just freaking out.

I have a 7month old. My schedule with my son is hes up at around 6am. He has a bottle between 6am and 6:30am. He usually goes back to sleep between 8 and 9 am. 10am he has snack sometimes solids sometimes bottle. 1/2pm he has lunch ( sometimes solids sometimes bottle) and then a nap for about 1-2 hrs. he eats a full meal at around 4pm and then dinner is at 7 ( always solids). My son is in bed at around 8/9pm. In total my son generally has about 18oz of solids for a day with the rest of his food being formula.
I can not tell you how much your child should be eating or when to feed her as every child is different. My son right now is eating 8oz of food. I let him tell me when he can eat more. Follow your child's cues for food. If you want to start having your child go to bed early then you have to be constant with the schedule and stick to it. Your child isn't going to start going to be solo over night so you have to take baby steps and slowly wean them off sleeping with you. Start by laying in bed with your daughter and holding her until she falls asleep or at least closes her eyes when tired. After she is sleep promptly mover her to crib. I don't sleep with my son often but thats what i do with my son as more recently he wants me to lay in bed with him.
I hope this helped.
