This guy is UNREADABLE HELP PRETTY PLEASE!?
Hi I'M Iris so I met this guy back in December when I started to work and now we've grown way way closer he always flirts with me and everyone knows he likes me BUT I deny liking him because I'M shy!!!! Anyways we have kissed before but the thing is I don't want to kiss him unless we are actually together because I don't want him to think I'M like that.......so he never texts me and we only see escorted at work and once in a while at school.What is his problem why doesn't he just ask me out!?????

Maybe he is just shy as you. If he doesn't have the nerve to ask you out. Then maybe he isn't worth your time.

If you've let it be known that you don't like him and he hears about it, how do you expect him to ask you out?! He's hardly going to approach you just to get knocked back. If you are interested in him, flirt with him and let him know that you are interested and stop saying that you're not. He is getting mixed signals from you, you kissed before and then you deny liking him so to be honest he doesn't have a problem, you're the one messing him about by not letting him know how you really feel. To be honest it's you who is unreadable and not him. If you want to go out with him, let him know by either saying it to him or letting your body language do the work by being around him as much as possible, talk to him and/or flirt with him. And if you want to take a chance, ask him if he fancies getting together sometime for a coffee or a chat? It's up to you really. Best of luck.

Because you deny the fact that you like him, if he likes you and you say you don't like him but you kiss him and make out with him what message do you think he's received? It's time to put on your big girl panties and just tell him you like him and that you want a relationship obviously he likes you too or he wouldn't have kissed you, duh
