When a person accepts Christ as Lord and Savior, that person is forgiven. That person "dies" with Christ and becomes a new creature...born again.
The question then becomes, are they still serial killers? No. If they truly accept Christ, the serial killer is dead.
Does that mean that people who convert after committing a crime should go free? Unlike God, we cannot see a person's heart. We don't know one way or the other if the serial killer truly is dead. Crime has consequences. Those consequences must be paid.
IF a person has convinced the government that he is different, then it is possible that such a person can be released. But everyone is wary of jailhouse conversions. Some will lie in hope of getting out.

No, they have to suffer for their own sins. Murder is the unforgivable sin. It is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost because the Holy Ghost tells everyone it is very wrong and they did it anyways.
1 John 3:15......no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

There is nothing to forgive. After all, God is a serial killer himself.

Yes. But only if they asked for forgiveness. I don't know if they did or not.If they did He would forgive them. But He also says go and sin no more.

Just as he would forgive a thief, adulterer, robber or homosexual. Grace is free to all.

Sure. Why would he condemn those who follow his lead?

Hitler is in heaven because he believed in Jesus.
That is Christian belief, not mine.
