What kind of edge do you prefer on a knife? Plain, serrated, or combo of both?

On an EDC knife and on an outdoor/camping knife what do you prefer to have?

    Serrated Are For Deep Cuts... that's WhyvIn The military, Seals Have Serrated Blades In A Sheath On Their Ankle Incase They Get twisted up, In A Rope, only Incase Its Thick, they are able to straight away shrink It... i p.c. to propose The Serrated Blade, Its superb

    On a GOOD knife a plain edge.

    On cheaper ones, serrated or combo are OK.

    Serrated blades are too difficult to maintain. Stick with a traditional straight blade.

    Combo. Very handy, even though harder to maintain then just a plain straight blade.

    I prefer to have a combo, but i LOVE my M-Tech plain fixed blade knife.

    So with me, it barely matters

    Serrated and combo is for people who want to look "Tacti-cool".
