What are some 300 calorie foods or meals?

I want to lose 15 pounds, the leftover weight from having 3 children via c-section in 6 years! I was thinking if I ate 3 meals of 300-320 calories a day, with 2-3 snacks of 100/120 calories, I could lose weight? But I am not very good at calorie counting, or knowing what foods will keep me full, etc. I need simple ideas. I'm not much of a cook. Any ideas of 300 or 100 calorie foods or meals just to get me started?

Right now I only know one, a honey wheat bagel is 300 calories.

You can try the ATkins diet. Get a used copy of "New Diet Revolution" off of Amazon Books. Atkins can walk you through how the deal works. People lose weight very well on that diet. It's meat, eggs, cheese, nuts and green salad. And it gets you off the sugars. The effect is just great.

An egg has 100 or so calories - you can eat two or three of those. Boil up a dozen or so and keep them in the refrig. Cut up and mix an egg with a can of tuna - and a little mayo - maybe some relish or mustard.

For meat, you can get a little burger and make just a tiny one. The trick is that this is all good food - it's real food that helps your body make spare parts - it's not just junk to fill your stomach.

Always a good thing to have each day is a nice green salad - maybe with an egg on that - with REAL blue cheese dressing. You want real food - no more fake fats.

Honey and bagel is only sugar - huge amounts of sugar... not a good idea if you're trying to lose weight.

Eggs are awesome, they are low calorie and a great source of protein. Depending on the egg size you could eat a few for 300 calories.
