I don't have a clue what you are talking about. Your details are vague, and you don't include any links where I can find more information. Heck, I work in health care, so my first impression of your question was "What does 'Do Not Resuscitate' in Michigan have to do with Roswell, GA?"
I guess I could go look up the information independently myself, but that seems like a lot of effort for something you haven't convinced me to care about yet.
Edit: It's kind of hard for people to wake up if you are just going to keep tip-toeing around the issue. This is why I didn't make the effort to look up whatever you are trying to talk about. You don't seem to care about educating people as much as flaunting your perceived superior knowledge.
