A lot of us knew back in 2008 that Obama was not qualified for the job of president,anyone else believe now?
He has given us all the evidence we need to prove our point.He can't run for re-election on his record,because he's done nothing positive for the country, what will he run on?

Yes, agreed that he has done nothing positive. I have to laugh at all the jesters who claim the economy is anything but embarrassing for this president. Let's look at the fact that we went from a triple a rating to a two fist time. Let's look at the staggering rates of high unemployment, foreclosures, gas prices, and inflation. He should not and will not be re-elected.

I've got to agree with Poobear and Abnormal. Obama does have some accomplishments to point to. And beyond that, remember that his opponent--McCain--proclaimed to the world that Sarah Palin was the second most qualified person in the United States to be president. That, alone, disqualified McCain. (And, to be honest, a few years earlier I'd donated money to McCain.)

His opponent was less qualified for the job, especially teamed up with palin. You really want people like that in charge of the country?

Regardless of the disaster we are living in, his "fans'' will not give up on him. For instance:
--the Forty Three Percent (43%) freeloaders who do NOT pay taxes and, at the same time, are living on the hard working tax payers, will vote for him and his socialist agenda so they can keep living for free;
--mobster unions will vote for him so they can keep abusing the consumer;
--naive youngsters that live with Mom and Dad and have no responsibilities to care about,
--"politically correct" hypocrites that will not risk to be consider ''racists''....

Considering the problems he faced -- an economy in free fall, two wars, new emerging powers such as India and China, the continued terrorist threat --- I think that he has done quite a good job.

"nothing positive"?
Finally getting Osama Bin Laden is "nothing positive"?
Preventing the US automakers from going bankrupt is "nothing positive"?
Pulling the US economy out of a free fall is "nothing positive"?
If you want to talk about "nothing positive" let's look at what the republican congress has done for the past 2 years.
Refused to vote on a deficit ceiling increase, despite many of the same congresspeople voting for dozens of increases in the past.
Caused the US to lose its AAA bond rating.
Voted down to fund victims of natural disasters.
Insist that 9/11 first responders must prove they aren't terrorists in order to receive benefits.
Insisted that the Bush Tax Cuts that only affect the upper 0.1% of American tax payers be kept in place.
Initially refused to extend payroll tax cuts that would have given over 90% of working Americans an extra $1000/year.
Voted down bills that would have put construction workers on jobs repairing the nation's bridges, tunnels and roads.
Voted down an increase in minimum wage.
Should I continue or do you need more examples of how "nothing positive" has come out of the republican party?
