Is adding 6 INCHES to my vert ridiculous?
Im almost 6'1 and 14 years old. i can get about the middle crease of my middle finger on the rim, and i guess to dunk you have to be able to get your wrist joint above the rim, which is like 6 1/2 inches more. Its April 16th, and i currently have 2 practices and 2-3 bball games a week+tournaments. On top of that i practice dunking on lower rims for a good 30 mins a day or so. My arms will probably grow another inch or so by late july, do you think with all the ball im playing plus the protein powder i take after my friend could be throwing me alleyoops in games by july? realistically? thats 2 inches gain a month

go hit the gym instead. if you play basketball that often then your body should be used to it by now. in order to increase your vertical you need to challenge your legs.
