You could be talking about the boy in "Passchendaele" that Paul Gross or know in the movie as Michael Dunne murderers with a bayonet to the forehead. The actor with the "Sky Blue Eyes" is Landon Ryan Liboiron, he played a partially important roll in the effects of "Shell shock" on the main character, Michael Dunne. Fantastic movie, Highly recommend it.
