Weird bite on my left foot?
So I guess something bit my foot last night while I was asleep. I didn't notice it until I woke up this morning while I was taking a shower. I felt the pain as soon as warm water hit my foot and the spot made my whole foot feel like it was burning. The bite looks absolutely fine with no itch, no discoloration and no swelling at all. The burning stopped but my foot still kinda feels achy as well as my left leg up to my knee. I feel fine otherwise but I am wondering if I should be concerned and what this could be? Please someone point me in the right direction cause if I need a doctor I would like to know.

First of all I am NOT a Doctor of any kind and I have no medical degree. With that being said, its hard to tell you what is going on without seeing what the bite looks like, how large it is ect. but take a look around your bedroom and see if you can spot any spider webs or even spiders. If you can this may be helpful in identifying what bit you. IF you do spot something try not to kill it! This may help doctors treat you if it reaches that point. Also do you know of any poisonous spiders or bugs in your area? Im NOT trying to panic you. but knowing whats out there can also narrow down treatment if it comes to that. The reason the bite may have burned when you showered is because like any fresh bite the top layer of your skin or the epidermis is a little raw and tender and like hot water on a sun burn can sting. The radiating pain is some what concerning. If the pain continues to spread or the bite blisters you need to see a doctor. If both happen and you develop a fever over 101.5 , the chills, cold sweats, heart palpation's. dizziness, loss of vision. You need to seek imitate medical attention! Call 911 or your country emergency medical number. In the mean time till help arrives there are things you can do to slow the spread of venom, place a cold compress on the bite, NOT HEAT this thins your blood, sit down an lower you leg so that it stay well below the heart this will also help slow the flow of blood from the limb to the heart. Also stay clam, the faster your heart beats the faster the blood pumps to your heart, I dont think is that serious but at least you have some answers on what to do. Good Luck and remember if it doesn't feel right to you there is no shame in seeking help better safe then sorry.

If the pain radiates that much you should see a doctor, I don't know how it works if there isn't any obvious irritation at the site, but there may be irritation or infection happening inside
