Ok, I think I can help.

Say you have 14 Cokes a week (2 a day) on the first week have your normal 14 cokes, then the next week go down by two, so week two you have 12 cokes, then the next week you have 10 cokes etc.

And just remember, every time you go to drink coke remember that the it has many teaspoons of suger in it which is really bad for your health and cholesterol, also the acid in coke takes away the enamel on your teeth, and when you don't have enamel on your teeth you don't have any protection so your teeth will start to rot. (People who bite there nails also suffer with this)

Stop it all of a sudden,instead of tat u drink fruit juice or water or lemon juice.....if u think to stop drinking,then u will keep thinking about it...just stop it...hope it helps...

Try and drink still drinks. Drinks with loads of extra gas in it like coke, is what you get addicted to. It's the gas that's the problem. I think this could be quite difficult for you, but give it a try....

Taper off.

Drink one less drink per day and cut back every other day.

Do the same the following week, every two days. Then three then four.

You're gonna feel it though. It's gonna be a rough 2 weeks bro.
