Weird dream with different birds?

SO i was in my backyard and a crow came straight for me. I couldn't outrun it and it came straight for my face...luckily i caught it but it continued to try to harm me until I whipped it over the fence...

Then, I went to walk back inside my house and a dead sparrow was laying on the doormat?

Is this a horrible omen?!

    This black fellow (crow) in your dream is an unhappy omen. He's usually a forerunner of sadness though not necessarily grief. Because you were able to catch it and get rid of it before it did too much harm, you will get through whatever happens a bit easier.

    These busy birds featured in your dream (sparrow) are harbingers of lean times ahead, unless you chased them away, in which case it signifies good business news. So if it was dead...then maybe it means any lean times you may have had are long gone.
