Boots are smelling bad. I work in an environment of oil and water.?

The boots are expensive and cannot afford to toss. I have aired them out and I don't sweat in them. Please help

    Use baking soda in them when you take them off...just get 2 pieces of cloth pour the baking soda on the cloth and tie it up -then place it inside your boot...plus you can buy order eaters for shoes at the drug store.

    It could also be your socks...try wearing white socks without dye in them. Cotton is best...and wash your socks in vinegar instead of detergent. Also if your feet have an odor after wearing your boots soak your feet in vinegar then wash and dry with your regular soap...

    I knew it sounds crazy but it works! I had 4 brothers ...phewy until we did this!

    This is the old fashioned way so maybe someone else will have a more modern suggestion.
