1. u=1+sqrtx, du=1/(2sqrtx)
So you have 2u^2 du
Integrates to 2(u^3)/3
Plug in u=1+sqrtx
2[(1+sqrtx)^3]/3
2. u=(r^3)/18-1, du=(r^2)/6
So you have 6u^5 du
Integrates to u^6
Plug in u=(r^3)/18-1
[(r^3)/18-1]^6
