How to boost productivity during day time?
Like most high schoolers, I tend to put things off - a lot. If a task isn't interesting, I just don't want to do it in the day time, and I end up rushing everything at night. This is a really big problem for me, because then I hand in sub-standard homework and feel bad about it. But the thing is, I really can't motivate myself to do any work during the day, especially when I know that I could finish it off at night instead.
I end up playing really boring games or watching videos I know I'm not really interested in, and it's frustrating because I'd much rather be doing productive things, but I just can't bring myself to turn Facebook off.
To all disciplined people out there, how do you do it? :-/ It seems almost as if some people in the world have self control, and anyone who doesn't have that is stuck. Help!

I am also a teenager who will put things off to the last minute, it gets on everyone's nerves and annoys me also as I know I can do better, the only way I have found to get motivated to do my work, coursework etc. is to do things such as put the laptop charger in a difficult to reach lace, so, in a few hours, the battery will run out, and as I find myself getting up to get the laptop charger, I make sure that my work is closer to hand, because if your work is closer than the charger then your conscience will become loud enough to make you do the work, once you have done the work for the night, then get the charger, follow this routine until you get used to it and self discipline will end the need for it, as I've got older, it's got better by the day, no real work required, just a bit of pre-thought, hope this helps, and well, if you dont turn facebook on, you dont have to force yourself to turn it off in the first place.
