SAMP Player, what's up with the hypocrisy?

You see my friend, freedom of speech is a basic human right. I never complained about anyone stating his opinion in answering any of the questions, I was complaining about starting questions not for the sake of getting an answer but for just making a country look bad.

Edit : No, you see there's a difference. Most of the questions asked here concerns both Jews and Arabs and many questions are opinion questions about what people think of Jews or why people hate them. The one who asks of course wants to hear different opinions to build up a clear thought about the matter. He wants to know why people hate Jews, and at the same time what Jews have to say in response. And then after hearing both sides, he can choose which makes more sense and which is likely to be true.

Let me give you an example, if someone asks in the Egypt section "Who won in the 1973 war" and this question has been asked before, of course any Israeli or Jew has the right to answer this question and state his opinion as this concerns Israel and Jews just as it concerns Arabs. Same applies to most questions asked here in the Israel section.

Dan Dan has admitted the Exodus story is true. He has accused the Israelites of "stealing" gold and jewelry, which could only mean he admits the Israelites were in Egypt, and did leave Egypt with a lot of treasure, JUST AS EXODUS SAYS! Dan Dan has joined the Jews in admitting there IS a God and God DID force Egypt to let the Israelites go.

Also, Dan Dan admits the Jews are the descendants of those same Israelites.

THIS IS A RED LETTER DAY! An Arab admits the God of Israel is the REAL God!

Praise HaShem, even the hard-hearted admit the reality of the God of Israel.

I don't want to gang up on SAMP Player, and I already made my feelings known on his question on this topic. However, let me just say that this is the general attitude of posters from the Egypt section. Since that section is usually either about travel or ancient Egypt, whenever there is a hot topic question, everyone goes ballistic. They're not used to the controversy over there. Yet they come over here and are as vicious as can be. There are a few Egyptian posters I've seen in both sections, and it's like they have a split personality. In Egypt they've got one side, and in Israel, they become these attack dogs. And somehow it's ok in their eyes.

It's basically like the people who don't want the adult bookstore built in their neighborhood. "Not in MY neighborhood!" But then they go to someone else's neighborhood to buy their porn over there.

@Mathew: Good job! It's true. He always says the Bible is mythology, and here he's admitting the Exodus story is true. Gotcha, Dan Dan! :-)

I find all the trolling... and the trolls.... to be lacking in thinking or compassion. Throughout YA. Stuff at disabled people, blacks.... and I saw once ranting at a asker for asking about a stink bug problem in his house.

I don't want to get into this particular section, this way or that way.

Samp Player - I understand the difference you're commenting on. I'm going to come to it through another angle. You know, & everyone here knows, most of the questions are trolling to look for specific answers. Many have the goal to bash at Israel. When you answer to them with negativity & bashing, you are doing what you objected to. You're giving that person a platform to do what you objected to. Then extending their bashing by giving a bashing answer. Again, I didn't say what you should or shouldn't post or answer to. You made an observation on that, & I didn't. I'm adding an angle to your specific qualification.

Not really. They hate Jews, and want to discuss that. Gather ammunition. You're just part of the question bashing festival by answering. ....One step future, they certainly don't want to interact with Jews to learn their viewpoint.
