Any one know LG TV's?

i just got an LG 55" 3D smart-TV 240hz and it only showing 60hz. i also got one of those so called hdmi 240/480 cables for it and my samsung 120hz with a regular hdmi cable work at 120hz. Is there some kinda setting on the LG to actually get 240hz? i have it hooked up to my PS3 and Cox Cable box and yes true motion is on.

called the LG customer service and the guy i talked to didn't even know what 240hz was!!! Dose anybody know what im talking about????

    Check the manual that came with your purchase. They usually leave detailed information like this in there.

    I knew a LG TV once but I had a bad experience LG TVs tend to be rapist so watch out
