I am utterly confused on 1. Why this was reported and 2. Why this wasn't repealed?
Ok, the question was "Rate the person above you and below you 1-10."
I responded with "Wouldn't it make more sense to rate the person above you because the person below you isn't there? Since the person above me is a butterfly heart thing, 5."
I have read the rules several times. I don't know what rule I am violating. Can someone please tell me?

The violation is multiple: chatting and gaming.
The question itself is a chatting violation (question is of no USE to anybody, not even those that answer) and is an 'avatar game' as well. Therefore, ANY answer is also a violation due to those two reasons.

Just to answer that period is a violation as it is a chatavatar game - what's more, you didn't even answer it... making you a point games. So.

Problem is that the question is a chat question, not asking for useful information or knowledge, and also it is what they call an avatar game.
Answers to chat questions are usually chat themselves, and games of any sort are not allowed.
