    Area of a circle = (π)(r^2)

    π = pie = 3.14

    r = radius

    uhhh . you mustve heard your teacher wrong .

    she / he said , piR^2

    pi x r SQUARED .

    so you know , like 3.14 x radius squared = answer .

    yeah they r only square when being used to find the area of a circle
