You should return the guppies. Their are no coldwater guppies, unless you bought minnows they need a heater so your tank is not ready for them at all.
If your goldfish tank is too small to temporarolly hold some guppies/minows, it may be to small for goldfish. If your tank is not ready for guppies, it is not ready for a batch of guppy fry so you should let that guppy out of the breeder box to releive any stress it is cousing.
You will need to do multiple 35-40% water changes and water tests 2-5 a week until the tank has finished cycling "could take 6+ weeks" to save your fish if you want to keep them. some will likely die, especially the fry, possibly the mom.
You can take a dirty filter cartridge from the goldfish tank and put it in the guppy tank, even if you have to cut it up to fit it in the filter, or put it in a nylon stocking and hang it right under the filter. If your lucky , this could speed up the cycle quite a bit.

You only bought them a few days ago so they should have some kind of guarantee yet
Return them and buy a heater
Your tank is cloudy because it's starting to cycle
Have a read here about the nitrogen cycle

There is no such thing as cOld water guppies...just tropical.
Also if your goldfish are in a smaller tank how small? As one fancy goldfish needs 30 gallon. or you stunt them and they die early.
Also goldfish live 20 year+
But back to your question is the filter cycled? That what needs to be cycled or you can speed up the process by putting some of the stuff from the filter from your goldfish filter. But you might loose some but guppies are hardy. Also they need a heater.

if its cold water fish , example; goldfish
it should be ok, but the fish might or could be shocked with the temperature difference, when you receive fish in the bag, it is best to put the plastic bag inside the tank of water, so the water in the bag they are in either cools to the temperature or heats up to the temperature to the tank water, without it being so sudden ,
if it is tropical fish the fish will need to be in warm water but from experience the tank needs to be filtered at least for a week just to get rid of any bacteria from the water ,
im afraid you wouldn't be able to do much about it if the fish are tropical fish , you would have to just sit and wait , but if they are gold fish , put them in with the others you have, it should be ok as long as there is no diseases , if the other fish are living , it should be ok for the new fish

Go to your pet store and look for a water purifier and a stress relief. Guppies are hardy fish so should be ok (people usually get them just to test the water)
All should be fine anyways... Good luck xxx
