Insurance - Car Accident - Broken Clavicle?

To make a long story short,

Passenger of a car, Driver of car (that I was in) was at fault, I have no insurance, He/She does, Had operation on broken clavicle.

Will this person's insurance cover my expenses? I have read different stories.

Please no trolls, just want some educational input on this topic.

There is no way anyone here can know for sure. It may. It really depends on the policy, but if fault was determined legally, and there was a citation, there is a good chance that it would if the driver had insurance.
