On a scale of zero to ten-zero being PEACE and TEN being WAR? What number is CONFLICT?

as in the United States of America's combat troops being on the ground in harm's way in the following countries:

Iraq

Iran

Afghanistan

Philippines

Columbia

Pakisstan

anywhere else in Africa and elsewhere?

Our US soldiers are human beings not human animals or lab rats or lab monkeys or prisoners in a cult or cult like religion that is not a cult like Lisa McPherson or at the will of what seems to be sometimes an out of control government.

It is my understanding that in order to have legally and honorably declared war to win, as opposed to war to debilitate and obfuscate the reasons for CONFLICT and higher taxes and bigger more better government that the governing body closest to We the People needs to debate with every 435 member having three minutes to make the case to declare war to win as per the United States Constitution NOT THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY'S will of good or goodness and the VETTING COMMITTEE that caused the Barry Soetoro ISSUE -------TO EVEN BECOME AN ISSUE AT ALL. A secondary question is what was the press media intent in airing the Jeremiah Wright g'D America statements and the not making more of an issue of spokespeople of the Democrat party and the RNC/GOP vetting committee's APPARENT OVERSIGHT of the political vetting processes as to the United States of America and not some other standard?

Please take a moment to write a RESPECTFUL letter to your US officials on the behalf of the services members who are NOT ALLOWED TO DO SAME for valid reasons while in combat or on active duty if I understand as a non-veteran who does not get out much.
