    It's pronounced "Jer-Make-ehr". The British pronunciation of Jamaica. The title refers to the reggae influence, and it's also a slang question- "Did You Make Her"- did you sleep with her. Think of how you'd say something like "did your mom come home"- "d'yer mom come home?" So the "D'Yer is like a soft 'D' with a 'jer'

    In French it would be pronounced "did-ja mak-uh" But I just say it Dyker Maker, like its spelled

    "Do ya make her"

    i read Grapes of Wrath & they said "D'yer" in a question implying "Do ya"

    just a guess, I really don't know.
