In Final Fantasy VII, can I get back into the Gold Saucer after going to the Temple Of The Ancients?
I'm aiming to get Omnislash on disc 1 but I want to get some more levels, and the best place I can think to do so is in the Temple Of The Ancients. Also, since the Ribbon is pretty much a necessity for the Battle Arena, I want that too. There are also some pretty powerful weapons there too.
Playing on the PC version.

You can get back to the Golden Saucer via North Corel, but it's a long trip and you'll need to take the Gold Saucer tram to get there. I can tell you that it's very difficult to get Omnislash that early because even the Temple of the Ancients isn't great exp compared to what you need to fight for the best battle points. You also need better equipment than what you can get by that point to really rack up points. You are right that you need the Ribbon to stand a chance.
If you're dedicated enough to it, good luck. Don't forget to bring a very high amount of GP with you, you will need it and if you run out, you've hit the end of your BP streak. It's frustrating to run out of GP with 30,000 BP, I can tell you that one right now.
