What's wrong with my Kodak ESP C315?

how old is the printer and what sort of use has it had?

Make sure the print queue is empty and uninstall the software, reboot the computer and reload. Try printing again, if no joy then it is not a software issue but logically is the printer itself.

If a few years and well used then the logical answer would be the print head is worn out, it is cheaper to replace the whole printer rather than repair it if this is the fault.

It is possible the print head is simply blocked and the ink can't get through. use this link to see where the printhead is (and what it is)

then remove it, take the cartridges out and store upside down (so the ink does not leak) and soak the bottom of the print head (just the bottom where the printhead is) in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes, dry carefully with paper towels. Leave to dry for a few hours or blow dry with a hair dryer on low setting. Re-assemble and have another go.

If all else fails throw it in the bin and by a new printer, of course if under warrranty return for a warranty repair.
