    I'm a huge fan of canned deviled ham. I mix it with a bit of mayonnaise and put it on toasted bread for a delicious sandwich. And grilled SPAM is good with just about anything! I like to make it for breakfast with some scrambled eggs and pineapple. It's so delicious!

    I eat each and while I do not prefer them over fresh (except SPAM -- since it is not available fresh), they have their uses in areas where it is not available (Seafood for one). I also camp and climb so having canned meat on trips is better so it will not rot....
