At least $50 per hour per person doing the work. And they must buy and pay for all the supplies -- boxes, tape, marking pens, bubble wrap, gas, etc., etc. Don't forget, you'll have to load and unload a truck. Will you be able to do that yourself or will you need help? If so, they must pay at least $50 per hour for the additional worker or workers. They must also pay the rental charge for the truck.

And get all of this in writing, signed by them.

They must also have an insurance policy absolving you from any liability for loss, theft, fire, or damage or delay of any kind, either to the truck or their effects. You must be an "additional insured" on the policy which should begin not less than the day before you begin work and not end until at least 1 day after your job is completed.
