How is that an accident. Artest felt Harden and pulled his elbow back FAR and elbowed Harden in the head. If it was an accident Artest would have immediately went to Harden's side. Instead he ran down the court like nothing happened.

He deserves to be suspended for the entire regular season and 2-3 games of the 1st round.

He's not a first time offender, it should be way more than 2.
Andrew Bynum got 5 (and reduced to 4) for elbowing JJ Barea, so maybe 8.
