can i go swimming to put off taking showers for a week or so?
I haven't taken a shower in like 5 days, been drinking a lot of water so I'm pretty clean and go swimming every couple days. It's a chlorine pool. But basically does anyone have any experience to share?
And for the dissenters i don't like taking showers because your hair and skin gets dried out from soap.

NOOOOO!!!!!!!! Chlorine is so bad for your hair. I'm a swimmer and I have to shower after every practice. Chlorine is a harmful chemical! You need to shower right away, I totally get where you're coming from but the chlorine in pools is really bad for you. Please shower!!

I would imagine that the chlorine is more drying than soap would be.
If you're concerned about the harshness of the soap then I would recommend Dr Bronner's soap. I use it as both shampoo and body wash. Another idea is to try going no 'poo by using baking soda: http://www.crunchybetty.com/no-poo-to-you-too
