examples of pretentious and awkward diction?

I have to find an article in a newspaper, a memo from an organization, or a speech that contains examples of pretentious and awkward diction. I need help! I have to also explain their effect and suggest ways to revise it to make it clearer as well as explain if the writer is doing so intentionally or not. Please and thank you!
